Terms of Service

By using Starborn (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Not advice, not predictions

Starborn is for reflection, self-knowledge, and entertainment. Its readings describe patterns drawn from astrological tradition; they do not predict events and are not advice of any kind — medical, financial, legal, or otherwise. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on content in the App. For any real-world concern, consult a qualified professional.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

Purchases, subscriptions, and auto-renewal

The wheel and the opening chapter of each reading are free. Full access is offered three ways, all billed through your Apple ID via the Apple App Store:

• Monthly — $4.99 per month, auto-renewing subscription
• Annual — $19.99 per year, auto-renewing subscription
• Yours Forever — $39.99, a single one-time purchase with no renewal

Auto-renewal. Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Cancellation. Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions (or App Store → your profile → Subscriptions). If you cancel, access continues to the end of the paid period. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple per its standard policy at reportaproblem.apple.com. We never see your payment details and cannot refund directly.

Restore Purchases is available in the app's Settings. If you reinstall on the same Apple ID, your previous purchase or active subscription is restored at no charge.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Copy, distribute, or republish App content without our written permission
• Use the App in violation of any law
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission

Intellectual property

All content in the App — including the written readings, chart artwork, typography treatments, and the underlying software — is owned by Tundra Industries or its licensors. Astronomical computations use the Swiss Ephemeris under license from Astrodienst AG. Your exported PDF is yours to keep, print, and gift for personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TUNDRA INDUSTRIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
